Not old news. Try clicking on the link and reading. it got 30k up votes. you have to pay for shipping and wait days to get fixed, and sometimes they don't even fix them. reading the comments where people going through 5 joy cons at 80$ each lol. Nintendo is so gangster and they know they can get away with it, because of loyal fan base.
