1080p is more common, but 900p on PS4 isn't that unusual.

Off the top of my head, titles that run at 900p include Resident Evil Village, Nier Automata, Tekken 7, Kingdom Come Deliverance, Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, Star Wars Battlefront, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, The Witness, Shadow of the Beast, Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed Unity, and Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

That said, Hogwarts is indeed more demanding than most PS4 games, being designed first for the next generation.
