Most phones (if not all) would be able to run Red Dead Redemption in terms of spec requirements. The issue would be that it's never been released on platforms other than the Xbox 360 and PS3. Even the Xbox One and Xbox Series are merely emulating a 360 version.

I have a feeling Rockstar will remake RDR one day, and it will be released on PC and consoles.
