Why do people get so weirdly defensive when someone says they didn't enjoy the movie? I haven't seen the film myself, but from everything I've seen and heard it seems like exactly the kind of disposable fan-service filled children's animation I expected it to be. Looks and sounds great, with story and character development a distant secondary concern, and it's perfectly fine for it to be that. If you like it that's fine, but the argument that the critics are wrong for not liking it as much as the audience did is just childish.
