Just some related trivia:
The Wii had some games come out late. The last ones were Retro City Rampage and Retro Hawaii in the summer of 2020.
Just Dance 2020 was the last annual franchise game on the console after 11 mainline titles and 10 spin-offs.
There was an annual franchise called Let’s Sing in Spanish speaking territories that debuted in 2012, the same year the Wii U launched, and ran on early until 2018, a year and a half after the Switch launched—during that time, 11 entries were released.

I was almost tempted to buy Just Dance 2020, just cos it was the last (non limited release) Wii game, coming out a whopping 13 years after the system's release and 7 after its replacement.

That would've been like an SNES game coming out in 2003, an N64 game in 2008/2009, a Gamecube game in 2013/2014, or a Wii U game in 2024/2025.

I expect given its mammoth popularity the Switch will also see its last games comes out many years after it's replaced.
