I feel like if Xbox is to even attempt to buy another publisher, it would probably be Paradox. Regulators wouldn't have much to say against it since it would hardly effect PS and it would give them a nice boost for the PC side. I don't think MS will attempt to buy another publisher though. At least not for a while.
