Any game published by Nintendo they consider first party and report it's sales if it crosses 1mil in the running fiscal year just like any other first party game. They mention how many third party games sold over 1mil in the fiscal year every quarter. Do you think all of these games, 8 in the current fiscal year, were somehow published by Nintendo but they didn't bother to actually name them?

They reported Octopath Traveller's sales like any first party game. Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is the only technically third party game that Nintendo piblished anywhere that sold over 1mil in this fiscal year and they didn't specifically name it because it would have needed to sell over 1mil in the regions they published it in.
