Personally, I like your current methodology. Would be fine with change.

Although, mental health is the most important factor (kind of foundational). Have you thought of talking to a mental health expert? Perhaps someone who also has some training in time management? (I believe most do, these days). I’m guessing you’re from the US, do you have publicly funded mental health lines? Or any kind of public counselling services? It might be a better way to figure out answers on how to deal with stress than you’ll find on this site.
