Actually from what I know, VGchartz estimate was lower than the actual data comparing it to the recent quarterly report we had. We had it at 113.49 million Switches sold by end of September, but the actual number was 114.33 million. So instead of adjusting down, it should be adjusted up. In general, every console might have to be adjusted slightly up. 

VGChartz estimates are not for shipped numbers. It says that at the bottom of the article.

I see my bad then I guess VGchartz is pretty accurate looking at the sell-through bar graph on the report
