Holy shit, you really are twisting things here. She didn't want the role? Are you nuts? She called herself "the voice of Bayonetta". She is mad about somebody else taking that role from her. Of course she wanted the role. But she was not happy with being humilliated with less than the average payment and getting the bare minimum after writting a flippin letter to Kamiya. This whole situation after being the de facto voice of the game's protagonist for over a decade is just plain disgusting. She didn't turn down the role. She turn down Platinum. And after that, as I just proved to you, they went the extra mile and blame her for not being in the game. As I said, if that was actually the case, she wouldn't have any reason to do this whole show. She made those declarations because they are lying. It's been 4 days and the only thing we got from Platinum is silence. Well, that and Kamiya getting kicked out of Twitter for being a literal man child. If she showed the email, she would be in actual trouble. That's most likely confidential documents or at the very least, a private conversation that she has no right to show to the public. Believe what you want. I have nothing more to say for the moment. |
Well you believe what you want. She turned down the role. This is on her. PG has no obligation to finance her life. They offered her what they thought she was worth. She hasnt done voice acting for like 8 years. She is not the selling point. Which you can see now that the boycott has backfired and the game is sold out all of a sudden on Amazon in several countries.
