Sure some are , in small games, indies , voice actors need to start somewhere. Its its fault of SOME of the industry, not all the industry. Are you a voice actor? Do you know someone of the unions? No you dont.

There was a VA strike a few years back and it didnt go well. So the best the unions could do is what Helena got offered. Blame them for not standing up for her more.
