Alot, due to the fact that there are many people that never upgraded, and for a new splatoon game that's likely to outsell its predecessor by possibly a million or more, it's a new sku that would complement it very well for the upgrade.

You were asking originally that the baseline (55k-60k this year) would increase with splat3, and the answer to that is yes. There is a reason why the oled model splat3 edition isn't just a one time release after all, it going to be the driving sku this year, hardly just a collector edition hardware

Again though, why would Splatoon 3 specifically push people to buy a new Switch? It's not like the game heavily focuses on things the OLED does better like visuals.

Ok I see where your getting at, but also ask yourself the same question to the 2.3mil people who bought an oled model for Metroid/Pokemon Bdsp and PLA!

Here is another reason why people will upgrade to oled that owned splat3. What year did splat3 release? 2017. The first 3mil-4mil sold for splatoon2 are people who had bought a nsw in 2017/2018. These are people with systems that are 4-5years old. Do you think that not even 10% of them would upgrade to an oled that will be an invest for them for the next 2-3 years of splat3 support?

There is no direct or correct way to answer your question, but hypothetically and imo my thoughts on the matter at least showcase that splat3 will push alot of oled consoles. Hell you will see it with your own eyes after a month or 2 after splat3 releases. All you have to do is watch oled only numbers and compare.
