Now that I have played a ways into it, the game doesn't really put its best foot forward graphically, with the early areas looking a little drab.
Last night though I reached Eagus Wilderness, and I can now safely say the leap over Xenoblade 2 is considerable. Once the long distance views open up there, we're treated to a level of environmental spectacle I haven't felt since X on Wii U, except this time with more modern rendering technologies.
Anyone else playing through it atm, and what are your impressions?
