What can Nintendo do to repeat the success of the Wii next generation?

I think they should just refine the Wii.
Make it smaller, refine the controllers to be more accurate, and not use the sensor bar (this is possible if I remember right, something with soundwaves).
And then if course, up all the hardware. Not necessarily to HD console level, but turn it up a notch.
