This graphs are worrying me too. There is a clear decline in third party sales and the numbers third parties sells on Switch are from enough to cover the absence of Playtation sales. 

The Japanese market is heading towards a place where almost all big franchises will be Nintendo franchises. Nintendo games are enjoying evergreen sales with almost every big title, while third parties are struggling to keep their sales going. Japan will soon not only being a Nintendo-only market in terms of Hardware, but a Nintendo monopoly in terms of software as well
