Looking at one thing isn’t always the best idea to come with for the whole picture. Example is NSW 2022 is ahead of 2019 by almost 500k and that year it sold 4.5mil. 2021 had one of the best H1 of all time, in fact NSW sold more Jan-Jun than July-Dec and that was with a new model releasing.
NSW will sell over 4mil. Safe range is 4.3mil-4.5mil imo
