Nah if Sony decides to ship 200k next week it would sell out too. I don't think switch can sell 200k even if there's no oled shortages which I don't think there is

I'm very sure if Sony would ship 200k PS5 to Japan, they'll have enough stock for at least an entire month and not sell them in just a week.

Also, care to explain why you don't think there being any Switch shortages in Japan?
