Yes it was.. it was the game that showed the difference between 16bit and 32bit And Ridge Racer was the hot game in the Arcade.. in 1994..
about the ps2 games.. again Ridge Racer.. number V and Tekken Tag Tournament.. These games showed what the difference was with their psx counterparts..
