The issue is people think its only big because its happened in the gaming industry. Sexual harassment has been an issue in all work places before video games were even a thing. But "lets focus on the gaming industry" is what concerns me.
The company i work for has HR claims of sexual harassment, the company you work for will have aswell.
The unfortunate truth is that sexual harassment wont go away, we may stop it within some companies but its a imperfection of the human race. Just because you dont hear about it or its tied to a big name, doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Most cases get resolved internally within a buiness, while at the same time, more cases are created.
This goes with racism and violence aswell. Like i always say, those that care so much about racism are the most racist people in this world.
