The fundamental flaw in your argument is morals are largely subjective.  You can't apply your morals to others, and vice versa.  Many here in the States think homosexuality is immoral... but they shouldn't get to force their opinions on others.  So you can think Nintendo is immoral all day long, but that means literally nothing.  When I say it is their right, I am correct.  It is their legal right, full stop.

Except the nice thing about a democracy is that laws can (and sometimes should) change.  Yes it's Nintendo's right to sue some poor bloke into bankruptcy for uploading ROMs or taken down a Youtube channel that was causing no harm, but it is totally my right to say that this is unjust and call for laws to change.

I never said it wasn't your right to do as such, in fact said pretty exactly that a few posts back.  You guys are well within your right to intentionally not give Nintendo any of your money until they do what you would like them to do.  Fair is fair.
