Nintendo loses nothing from the use of their music on Youtube, as they aren't selling the music, nor does it seem likely that they ever will. It is their property and thus their choice. It is that simple.
Don't like it, don't support them. That is your right. Just because you want something doesn't mean you are entitled to it.
