Holliday sales, in western countries, count 50% of sales in retail. If you talking about Japan, I agree. But all western countries holiday period and last quarter counts for 50% sales in retail. 

Not for the PS5 it barely sold more units this holiday. Sony can't produce more than 300k a week, whether it's January or December. So for the PS5 it really doesn't matter until late 2023 when they might be able to produce more than their is demand outside the holidays. But for now the PS5 won't really get any boost during the holidays.
