How and When KBM Beats a Controller

Haven't played Ranked in a while. Just feels like ranked in most games. Hitting my head against the wall. I do that in Overwatch already.

Tactical slayer is the one i feel where PC players do well. Even i get 50% plus accuracy with moderately potato aim.
