Well, that fucking sucks. I kind of wanted to see it.
I'll probably watch it some time later, though. Out of curiosity. And also, it won't ruin the original series story for me. Impressions on the second and third film were poor on their releases as well, but in the context of the full three film series the second and third film work a lot better. I hated them the first times I watched them, quite like them after watching the three together.
I mean, sometimes I don't agree with the crowd. The Last Jedi was exceedingly unpopular, but I quite liked it. Not on the same level as Rogue One or A New Hope, but maybe my third favourite (albeit, a distant third).
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
