I feel like a broken record saying it because I've been saying it since 2018 but I still think Nintendo's original games output could be a tad better. I'm at the point with the Switch though where I constantly have stuff to play and it has a very extensive library so I can't complain too much, but the fact that we might go the entire generation without an original 2D Zelda, or a new Kart game (yes I got over this one a long time ago, but at least give us something other than just Arms), or a new Pikmin, maybe even an original Donkey Kong (though there are rumors...), is kind of sad. On top of the Odyssey/BOTW/Mario Kart teams being slow as molasses since 2017 when it comes to game output. Their output could just be a little more consistent in general.
I can't complain too much though, it is by far the best console library I have. I think games like Splatoon 3, Metroid Dread, and Warioware also show that substantial sequels or series that have not yet had an original entry on Switch, will eventually make it over anyways for the most part (obviously not every series Nintendo has though, that would be hard to manage). Every other complaint I have is sort of a nitpick.
