I haven't played AOEIV or the Halo Infinite campaign, but from what I have played, I think the scores reflect the product, give or take a point. If you are trying to insinuate if these games are comparable to fast-food, ie mediocre, then I would probably think you haven't played any of these games. 

The price is more than fair for what it offers. Vast majority of Game Pass users would agree they certainly get their money's worth. I mean, it is cheaper if you look around. I got a years' worth of GPU for a little over a $100 on Black Friday. The Gold to Ultimate conversion still works and there are $1 deals for new users or those who wait some time to renew. I don't think anyone who actually uses the service would say they are being "ripped off." Quite the opposite actually.
