Same reason I prefer more palatable restaurants vs fast food. A Big Mac here and there, but otherwise I'll pay more for what I deem better quality.

Now if a nice restaurant can offer the same quality for fast food prices, I'm all for it, but that's highly unlikely for many reasons.

Here you go with the food analogies again lol. Are you really saying Xbox Game Studios/GP this year have been comparable to fast food when games like Flight Sim=90 meta, Psychonauts 2=87, Age of Empires IV=81, Forza Horizon 5=92(highest rated new game this year), Halo Infinite=87 have all reviewed very well? Looks like the fast-food restaurant has beat out fine dining restaurant this year .

You agree with all the scores? You think they all land exactly where they should? No score is quite off the mark from where it 'should be'?

Is the price of GP exactly where it should be? If it could be cheaper, people are being ripped off and that's said to be a problem.

So then my original point and post still stand. That is unless you can show me how the quality of games are going down with GP..

I mean its not nice to see people think they "Have" to pay more for the exact same service just to feel good about themselves when like i said them company's dont give a damn about you.

A fast food chain can't legitimately say, 'the last 4 new menu items have all been higher quality than our regular menu (and most everything else we sell), based on the opinion of 'professional' reviewers, so we're no longer fast food and are a fancy restaurant chain now.'

Nobody would buy that marketing BS. It may help the brand image and sales, but nobody is going to start dressing up for 'fine dining' at Taco Bell.

You of course went with $250, even though I pointed out that's the absolute most I figured they could get away with based on those offerings. I wouldn't actually assume it would end up quite that much, but even if it did, I think it would still work for them well enough.

Again, I'm all for a PS service as cheap as it can possibly be, but if that means PS title quality drops, or the company takes it to the extreme simply because, 'it's the right thing to do', and ends up going bankrupt, well what good would that have really done?

I also agreed with you. SNY nor MS give a damn in the end. So why aren't you complaining about the GP overpricing?
