I think it was adjusted down to 27.8m many months ago now. But it's not like it's easy to see yearly figures anywhere as the yearly "legacy" charts stop in 2018, so most people will never know about the adjustments when the only way to get the yearly figure is to add all the current weekly data together lol.

Well i just checked out the yearly hardware data in the Charts tab and Switch 2020 total says 28,293,919.
