I used the XBL Gold to Game Pass Ultimate conversion in 2019 for a year. I didn't know about stacking 3 years at the time. What I've been doing since then is I'll find deals on Ultimate, which usually happens around the holidays. Last Black Friday I was able to find 3 months of Ultimate for $25 so I bought about several of those and I'm probably gonna try to find a similar deal this year.
