I'm having a weird dilemma; over the last 11 months I have lost 10kg/22 pounds at a steady rate, with no apparent cause. My diet and exercise don't seem to have changed significantly, at least not that I have noticed.
My doctor recommended a full battery of blood tests, for all the usual causes from diabetes to an overactive thyroid to a infection, and those just came back all normal, so it remains a baffling mystery.
Maybe it's stress, but I don't think I've been any less horribly anxious this past year than I usually am.
