The preliminary data is always posted on Monday, although not always super acurate VGC does post them first.
In the päst the Japanese data was posted earlier as well, but i think ioi has a strict schedule for the data now.
Since the American data is probably most important for the site (number of hits) I think that's why that's posted first.
