That's an interesting take considering in another recent thread you shared how happy you were to wait years for certain games...

https://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=9328298

Actually, what I posted there is completely in line with what I've said here. In that thread I was happy that a port of GoW was announced as coming to PC. The announcement for that port was roughly 3 months before release, which is entirely within my parameter of "announce and release the game within 9 months."

I did make a reference towards GoW: Rags coming in 2024, but that's just my hope and prediction. If Sony announced Rags would come in 2023 or 2024 I would likewise say that is entirely too early to announce it, but they didn't announce that so I have no issues on that game. I don't mind it when people build up expectations for games themselves only to be disappointed by lack of announcements/release dates for new games, but I do mind it when developers build up expectations by announcing games entirely too early, which is my point here.

Whatever floats your boat. Hope you don't go too crazy waiting.

Also it has clearly been stated that this State of Play will focus on 3rd Party Titles. So if they take a few years to come out after announcement then Sony has no control over that just as you stated in your defense of Nintendo a few posts above. So whatever point your trying to make doesn't make sense.
