It's not just the HDMI that matters, there's also the USB-C connection. Is there enough bandwidth there for 4k60 video, while charging, USB peripherals in the dock and the new ethernet port? If it's USB 3.2... maaaaybe.
But honestly this means nothing. At most you may be able to use a future "switch 2" or "switch pro" in this dock and get 4k output still.
