And when it comes to Xbox, xbox gamers will buy it on gamepass as it is made by a MS owned studio. I hope you are correct! But games made by Arkane usually have a small "niche" (they're definitely not known for making blockbusters), also there's a substantial number of people talking about "wait" and "don't buy on playstation"...

You are overthinking it. That might be the thinking among a small sector of the hardcore gamer community (say the type likely to be on Vgchartz) but most gamers and especially most casual gamers will see this new game with interesting mechanics and will buy it in droves. It helps that Sony don't have any big exclusives launching this holiday. I think the UK charts already show this game as the most popular this week.
