Minecraft just topped 238 million sales. Lifetime sales expectations?

I voted for 300mm, but I really have no idea. Who knows whether there will be a sequel? Also, it is mostly played by kids, and kids are particularly fickle. So, sales could drop like a brick if Minecraft becomes uncool.
