I actually started playing Bayonetta 2 as well but haven't gotten very far in it. So far it feels nearly identical to the first game so I hope it distinguishes itself more soon.

Bayonetta 2 mostly distinguishes itself through upping the ante in terms of setpieces, improving the pacing, and the addition of Umbran Climax.

`I prefer playing as Jeane as well. Plays a little different when you unlock her. Everytime I unlocked her I never went back to Bayo.
