Just use contact cleaner for electronics. I’ve got all my original joycon analog sticks working on all 4 Switches in my house without issue.
It takes almost no time, and you don’t need to open up your controller and risk losing/damaging parts. It’s not permanent, but you only have to do it 1-3 times across the period of a week every two years or so.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
