Yup, and you just reminded me of some rather bittersweet days. I also worked in a call center for Nintendo not too long ago, calls for Switch in general and drifting were the norm but I was surprised by how many people called regarding the Wii, elderly people and young children at that, which I guess isn't so glamorous. I hated those calls, because even though we couldn't process repair orders since support for the Wii ended long ago, we still had to go through general troubleshooting and convince the caller that we couldn't do anything.
My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.
