This is actually some kind of Software I've seen many professors and scholars trying to create: A software to teach people (generally kids) high-level programming. I think this will be the part that will make or break the game, the part where they teach people the concepts they need. That is the hard part and Nintendo is one of the few companies that are willing to polish their games to the point where that learning experience could is more than just a lackluster tutorial. They did a decent job with their story mode in Mario Maker and I hope they put enough time and effort into that part so that a 10 year old can actually learn the skills to make small game prototypes.
