How good is Mexican food ?

Of course , I can't go into the military base. 

There is a great Tex-Mex restaurant near the Fussa military base on the outskirts of Tokyo.

Also there is a Taco Bell in Shibuya, but Taco Bell is not really Mexican food (Although I love it and ate it today).
