Yeah, I'd rather the Switch not be replaced until late 2023 at the earliest so that we get another 2 and a half years more of proper support to build up its library. It has the potential to become the best system Nintendo has ever released and it would suck for it to be cut short of reaching that.
As to the topic, I don't expect Switch to outsell PS2, but if they wait until late 2023 or later to replace it, and support it properly until then, I think it can reach 140-150 million.
