At this point if they haven't already started working on a game for Switch they might as well wait until dev kits come in for Switch 2. No point spending 2-3 years (from today) developing a game to release in the final moments of the Switch (when software sales will be nothing like they are now because people will be waiting for Switch 2). This does give me hope for Switch 2 games, though!
