I loved it. It was an actual story with actual motivations from each character that were well understood. The theatrical felt like a jumbled mess edited so bad that I could do a better job. Steppenwolf looked like a guy with mommy issues, Superman didn't feel like Superman, Aquaman, Wonder Woman and Flash seemed way less powerful than they are and Cyborg felt like he didn't even exist. If this 4 hour version was cut down to be like 3 hours and be the theatrical, they would've cemented DCEU as something to look out for. Sadly the abusive Joss Whedon and WB execs had their way and destroyed everyone's effort. All the actors genuinelt felt like they were putting their heart and soul into the movie with this release and the theatrical made them all look like chumps. Plus I love Martian Manhunter so for that alone, this is a hit for me.
