To say simply that Putin will "Pay a price" is not war rhetoric, but a continuation of fairly normal policy which seeks to retaliate against those who seek to harm the integrity of our election. Further, it is not in any way at odds with the fact that the 2020 election was incredibly secure to assert that Russian interference (and interference by others such as Iran) were present during the election cycle.

Looks like the thread is already done, because we have a winner here. I don't really think there's much to see here.
