I would personally give it a 9.
The hardware has some small problems, like the joycon drift( it is a problem with an easy fix, but really annyoing), and some QOL could also been there, like folders and themed background, but it's games are godlike,And that's why we are all here.
My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
