The Switch will not lose any 3rd party support that it already didn't have to begin with. If anything, it has grown stronger through 3rd party exclusives and such. Monster Hunter Rise, BD2, Monster Hunter Stories, Project Triangle Strategy, and Resident Evil Outrage are a testimony to that.

Games like Immortals Fenix Rising for example were clearly developed with the Switch in mind, and enhanced for the other consoles.  Ubisoft in particular I can see having at least one game like this in development at all times. The growing Switch install base is too big to ignore.  Even Crash 4 from Activision simply recieved a slightly different art style to make the game work well on Switch.  For software that is not designed to push hardware limitations, this is also another route that can be taken for games that make sense on the platform.

Japanese games in particular don't really push hardware outside of a few big developers. Most of these companies have already either shifted to a Switch focus for their games, or at the very least started porting what USED to be thrown on the PS4 only. Given Nintendo's dominant stance in the region, and how it will not be changing anytime soon, it is safe to assume that Japanese 3rd party support will only get stronger overall if anything.

The games people like to highlight (CoD, RE8, Final Fantasy 16, etc) were never coming to Switch in the first place, because they never have. So to bring up bigger budget games designed strictly for the PS5/Series consoles is really just grasping for straws.

So yeah you really did not need 3 months, or even a year into the PS5/Series releases to be able to tell this narrative was complete BS. It has been obvious for years that nothing will change till the Switch 2 is on the horizon, based on sales figures and software trends that have been going on for the entirety of the Switch's life so far.
