It's worth noting that despite being an example of several fetishes (tall woman, vampire, "goth," etc), none of the fetishes included are typical turnoffs for people. Meaning that you can appreciate just one element of the design without being repulsed by the others.
I expect this to change somewhat when we see whatever she transforms into. Because although there are transformation and tentacle monster fetishes, they tend to drive away at least as many people as they attract.
