Not sure if this was what you are looking for, but it was fun doing it. Hopefully we get similar values

My values are a little higher. What I did was use MC numbers from 2018 (the tracker Nintendo uses for JPN data), and simply ultra zoomed in in paint to count the pixels. After doing this, I calculated that each pixel is about 13,000 units.

Here are my values for CY 2019 for NA and EU:
