It's possible that they got a bit more due to potential slightly higher production before switching production lines to PS5/XS, but that would only has an effect of a couple hundred thousand at most, with less than 200k in total across both PS4 and XBO more probable.

That seems about right yeah. Now to see how much the pandemic will impact Switch, PS5 and Series X/S sales this year since the first half of 2021 won't be that much different with covid though the second half will hopefully see things start to mostly get back to normal.
