If only MS had a plan to make their consoles attractive this gen. Like what if they went from 5 studios to 23 and got a major publisher like I don’t know...Bethesda? If only they did that :p

Otherwise I agree it makes no sense to advertise the Series S, at this time anyway. Console launches belong to the core gamers, and we want the best console. Fall 2021 and so on from there, I expect a different situation regarding the S.

If only any of thouse studios had resulted in any games at launch or even the first year of the series s and x. And what about Bethesda? They dont own it yet. So after they do own it then they wait for actual games. 2022 the earliest. So still nothing.

And by Holliday 2021 the series s will be oudated. Like I said before, tech insiders are expecting near series s performance in entry level laptop's. Once that happens the series x is dead.

Can't just ignore everything going on on the rest of the competition. They get better and better so MS is not competing with a 2020 launch but  much better and higher quantity games not inly that..but the sales gap will be so huge by the time MS starts that people will be buying Sony and Nintendo just cuz its what friends have.

As you see, launch scarcity doesn’t require a system seller, though it is nice for gamers. I myself played Gears 5 Hivebusters and Gears Tactics. Beat 5 games from EA Play myself.

I wouldn’t count out 2021. Plenty room for announced games. So not really much of a wait. Also I never understood the PC/laptop argument you just said. If you are a PC gamer you simply play Xbox on PC. If you are a console gamer you buy a Xbox. Either way if the games are great Xbox getting your time and money one way or another.
